Brig (Langton 1/1200)

Two Brigs belonging to which participated in the battle of Trafalgar the France fleet were manufactured.
This serves as 16 gun ship Argus with 18 gun ship Furet.

A Furet is the ship completed around 1801 and belonged to the British invasion fleet of Napoleon who makes the Toulon harbor in 1804 a base.
At the battle of Trafalgar, it pulled up in the Cadiz harbor with the start of the naval battle.
An Argus is the warship too dispatched to Toulon in 1805 for the British invasion operations, and at the battle of Trafalgar, like other small warships, if a naval battle starts, it is pulled up in the Cadiz harbor.
These ships have not participated in a battle at the  battle of Trafalgar.
A upper photograph is compared with the biggest 120 gun ship-of-the-line L'Orient in the France navy.
